Application Status and Prospect of Impedance Spectroscopy in Agricultural Product Quality Detection

The nondestructive testing of agricultural products has always been a key technology for the modernization agriculture and food. By applying sinusoidal voltage (current) excitation signal variable frequency, relationship between amplitude, frequency phase response is obtained, measured function in certain range constructing correlation impedance spectroscopy matter properties. Electrical (EIS) widely used method characterization products, its applications field attracted increasing attention. This paper summarizes research electrical detection grain quality, fruit vegetable meat quality food from 2005 to 2022. potential development direction product are prospected, which provides reference scientific researchers who applied detection.
